Yes, it does. The technique differs somewhat from changing tires with bib mousses or air tubes. You lift the tire over the edge of the rim with tire irons from one side, then flip the wheel and lift the tire over the edge of the other side of the rim. Then, push the wheel deep into the tire and pull the wheel out from the side. We have not tested it ourselves, but here's a video from one customer.
